I think the problem is that everyone is talking about this as if everyone already has access to the evidence. I don’t.
For example, I don’t know how the murder even happened. I’m reading things about the incinerator being rigged to explode. Is that all we know about the murder method?
Not sure what to think about Jane thunderdoming me, the only other person without any alibi (?), rather than evaluating other people.

Immediately I went to the F lockerroom and Dat and App showed up soon after.
Mole’s statements:
App leaves about 10 minutes later and I sneaked out shortly thereafter to the pool where App had gone.
He dived into the pool to retrieve an inflatable, before Dat joined him and they both went to the Gym about 10 minutes after I arrived.
Zone shows up almost instantly later and is looking for me before he swims in the pool and I creep off to the gym about 10 minutes later.
In the Gym Wazza is unconscious with a black box next to him. He had only left the canteen moments before and app and dat had disappeared.
After looking around the gym for about an hour I head into the dojo, find nothing and head back within 30 minutes.
Wazza and the box are gone. I fear the worst and head to the warehouse, set my trap, then use the donuts to write a message.
I then start a small oven fire to draw attention to my message.
Zone appears a little later and I head off to explore the science labs, seeing no one but finding something cool in the physics lab.
At around the 24th hour of the chapter I head to the av room to set up a song for when zone shows up.
I look around and find a hammer in a drawer and something.

According to Alice, the incinerator logs have both Wazza and Jane’s name on it. CRich also claims that he used it at some point.

It’s just a bunch of disjointed pieces of information which rely on everyone knowing the basics of the case.
The Incinerator was rigged. An explosion occured because of alcohol. According to Mole, the alcohol was poured all over the Incinerator.
The moment Wazza used the Incinerator, the alcohol went up in flames and he died.
(I wonder how he didn’t notice the smell of alcohol at the GDR.)
Approximately 27 hours before Wazza burned the trash (and died), Jane used the Incinerator as well.
Approximately 1 hour before Wazza died, both Jane and Wazza went from the Laundry Room to the GDR. (I am the witness.)
…wait a minute. @Jane, you found an aluminium baseball bat at GDR, but you didn’t notice the smell of alcohol?
I don’t think the killer uses the incinerator, though? If the trap relied on turning the incinerator on, then Jane could’ve accidentally killed themselves by “testing” the trap.
Might mean that the trap was prepared between Jane and Wazza walking in there?
There is a whopping 27 hours between [Jane burning down his stuff] and [Wazza’s death], so for all we know Jane could’ve poured the alcohol after he burned down his trash.

Yeah, obviously. The problem is that there is a 27 hour gap… which means that anyone could do it.
I wonder if this is because you didn’t specify to check the Incinerator, or because there was no alcohol before you left the room…
