The blacklist does not apply for misc games.

@Wazza
do you unequivocally deny ever seeing Darren’s original idea?
Plagarism is pretty bad, to be honest.

He copied my exact rule setup.

if you want to prove this, please, in detail, post specific and comprehensive details showing how Waz’s original setup (from June) copied yours, in at least several distinct and specific instances.

Did you not see the links I posted above? From November of last year

I did, but it’s up to you to prove how not only the idea in general is the same, but that so many aspects are identical that it’s inarguable that Waz thought of a similar setup on his own. Until this is provided, it simply can’t be proven that he didn’t just think of a similar idea on his own.

proof of plagiarism is always the burden of the accuser.

are you serious lmfao

Yes, absolutely.

after reading your setup, I’m still not convinced that Waz copied it.
WIFOM is an extremely common term all across FM, and that scene from the Princess Bride is an overwhelmingly referenced scene. Waz has designed many, many of his own miscellaneous games in the past, that have all been completely and certifiably original in both flavour and mechanics.
Just because you use the same scene as a base does not immediately make it plagarism. If you want to prove it as such, that’s your responsibility.

Is this the chewbacca defense live in action
