To move currently active, launch reserved, or attack with currently active unmanned vipers (if a viper and cylon ship are in the same airspace, you can attack it), you must go to the command location and use that location action, to clarify. The unmanned vipers currently in galactica airspace don’t do anything on their own.
Multiple players can be in the same location at the same time.
No matter the result of this crisis card, the jump preparation track will increase once.
I would not underestimate how valuable and scarce resources can become later in the game.
Ultimately up to you though since you’re the current player.
I don’t have much to add to this and your in a similar situation then I might suggest yeah just taking the morale hit that wayci will still be able to help more before my next turn.
