I have sent all loyalty cards just now.
We are in the pregame phase. For any characters that get a choice as a part of their starting hand of cards, once they inform me of their choices, I will draw everyone’s starting hands, create the first Destiny Deck, and we will begin the game with Hippo’s first turn.

There are three ways the Cylons and Sympathizers (there are one of each in this setup between pregame and the midgame sleeper agent loyalty phase) can win the game, they are as follows:
Everyone gets a starting hand of skill cards in the pregame except the starting player, @Hippolytus, who will draw for the first time on his first turn.
As the current president, Hippo has exclusive use to the Quorom deck. The cards in this deck do various things that Hippo would reveal when he uses each card.

The number and types of skill cards you start with is stated on your character card. Please let me know if you would like me to post your character card in your classcard.
Everyone but Hippo (who goes first) has received their starting hand. I messed up by giving the other three players get all the skill cards listed on their character sheet in the pregame instead of choosing three from those listed, so to make up for that, everyone but Hippo will choose 3 of the 5 skill cards on their character sheet to draw at the start of their first turn and will get all 5 skill cards at the start of each of the rest of their later turns.
Got it doing some last minute studying but will be around for a few hours

Wait are they already just a revealed Cylon then?
I’ll be honestly have only played 5 player before so havn’t used sympathizer.

sympathizer is used in 4p and 6p because 4p is too human sided with 1 cylon but too cylon sided with 2 full cylons, 6p is too human sided with 2 cylons but too cylon sided with 3 full cylons, so sympath is added as a self-revealing cylon
