Do you think that nobody will nominate Kyo? Because if so, then it’s probably because he’s already dead.
If you think that Kyo is Zombuul, then you’re essentially against the Minstrel claim. (Which is not really that bad, I suppose. Since there is no evidence as to what happened last night.)
