You see, Gorta and Magnus can whisper freely without needing to alert the rest of the players and I think Gorta and Magnus hatched this plan early between the two of them, and once they had done so, Magnus whispered to Light to tell him about the plan. Notice how Magnus was the one that wanted to whisper to Light and not the other way around.

Not necessarily. I could just be a smart townie that is pretty sure that I’ve solved the game. Nothing is certain in this game and we need to consider all possibilities. It’s not impossible that TBE is the demon but him being the demon is far from the certainty that everyone seems to think it is. If I was scum, I would’ve given up by now and you’re the one not considering all the possibilities here.
