The goal of tinker is to try to get the storyteller to kill them by means of the tinkerā€™s effect
If the storyteller actually goes through with it, youā€™ve successfully out gamered them

Fun fact: Iā€™ve actually had a Tinker try to bait me into killing them before. Not only was I unwilling to modconfirm Tinker by doing it, I literally couldnā€™t because Innkeeper kept making the Tinker drunk, so they had no ability.
