[Misc] Blood on the Forums IV: Glimpse of the Future (Evil Wins)

Do you think we should exe them instead of Alice?

Apprentice?

So are you saying DatBird is town?

Yes

WEll you said that Nap/DatBird is probably not W/W so if DatBird looks more wolf I look more town

I want Alice over Apprentice but Iā€™ll go over Apprentice one more time

Redrover I think DatBird could be a very likely wolf.

Breezed over Mist/clonedcheese and I didnā€™t reach anything, Iā€™ll go over them again once Im done with Apprentice.

I might need to deepread them both though and metaread them

Can you ISO DatBird again, with their new posts, that would be very helpful in solving your slot.

Okay ill do DatBird first and then Iā€™ll do Apprentice for myself ISO

Yes, I already fixed it in the ISO I put for Dat and corrected that I was wrong, he whispered Italy, not you.

Wazza what do you think about hanging Apprentice instead of Napoleon?

Do you think that is a good alternative?

Nappy doesnā€™t seem that scummy.

:man_shrugging:
make a case on it and Iā€™ll think about it.

No, can you give me your thoughts on it?

Same with you Napoleon, would be a better idea to execute Apprentice instead of Napoleon? Iā€™m considering it.

then no.

Why not?

Original four posts of which I scumread them for. To reiterate, my reasoning was:

  • Lack of content
  • Lazy reading
  • Lack of activity
  • Some fluffposting
  • An awkward focus on Priestess and Hippo despite them being lowposters (I asked him about this later on though, to which he answered that they just were the most readable iirc)

I think this is as non-alignment indicative, though it feels it could be a bit scummy upon evaluation. I donā€™t remember being stopped by this post when reviewing his reply though.

I donā€™t think this is AI. I agree with him that this was probably not fluff.

Yeah this was the response earlier. idk about this response though. I guess at the very least this just shows that he wasnā€™t properly reading the thread (tbf i wasnt either)

Now that I think about it, I donā€™t know about this one. It is quite hasty and he was a bit quick to validate our concerns with his slot, dismissing Nap/Geyde as possible wolves and jumping on Redrover. We were using your scummeta against you but that doesnā€™t necessarily mean that from your PoV, we must be townies.

He does explain it here, but personally I think Redrover is right to challenge the push on DatBird if he came up as suspicious to him. Personal opinions aside, this response is probably NAI?

We now know why. This is NAI because the concern was valid.

I want an elaboration on why Luxy is top town read tbh becuase it doesnā€™t just happen that easily. @DatBird I mean the issue is that because I personally think that Redrover is town here I donā€™t think starting a different push matters here to a probably W!DatBird.

DatBird-Icibalus fight-fight

I donā€™t know this fight felt pretty wolfy ngl. Icibalus might have been scumreading me tbh and hence executed DatBird on a hunch that I was the wolf out of them two but DatBird had a clear OMGUS exile. @Icibalus You need to interact with me more and I am still definitely not townreading you for executing DatBird.

TBH this conflict says more about Ici than it does about DatBird.

Why? See I can see this from both town/scum perspective. @DatBird

I think overall, Iā€™m not ready to call DatBird lock-scum, but I could see his posts come from a scum. Their push on Redrover felt a tad awkward and they did seem to move towards me as a lynch when it became clear that Redrover wasnā€™t a lynch.

Also the fact that KyoDaz pushed him up as a NuclearBurrito kind of reinforces that claim. I have a strong townlean for Red and I think Kyoā€™s behavior makes sense and comes from a townie. I only see DatBird town if Priestessā€™ slot is wolf. Tomorrow, this slot needs to be more engaged.

But yeah the more hedgey points of his ISO were:

  • Scumreading Redrover pretty quickly
  • Townreading Luxy (this was less-so hedgey and Iā€™m sure it can be explained)
  • Icibalus-DatBird interaction
