The above post seems to suggest a sort of uncertainty, not just as in Whysper hasn’t played BotC or BotF before, but also that they hasn’t read the game mechanics before joining, or learning about the previous games. The next post seems to enforce this.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure it wraps around from the top and bottom. So normally it goes down, and when it reaches 10 it next goes to 1. But if it is going up (reverse), then when it reaches 1 it next goes to 10.

Option 2 sounds like you are assuming that you’d only malfunction if the clockhand is on you.

This indicates that you would also malfunction if the clockhand is on any evil also. So that’s like option 5 I guess.

I’m not sure when voting ends, but I guess I’ll go ahead and place my votes now.

Going to vote to execute Intensify since we shouldn’t go with no execution today. I don’t particularly have a strong social read either way on Intensify, but I do read GGhana as town. The theory for Intensify being a Demon has merit and does match up with what we know so far in a fairly straightforward way, so we either win now or at least discount that theory for next day.

I think that was after I talked with Tan about my role and then later with Light to tell him my claim and ask about who to check. I had seen GGhana in the thread a lot and socially read him as town, so I wanted another opinion from him. I had seen where GGhana mentioned that he wasn’t hundred percent sure on Light’s claim, which seemed reasonable to have a certain amount of suspicion. So I wanted to see what GGhana thought about Light and about other people to check.

Conclusion: Whysper isn’t a proactive player, in the slightest; being Demon would make sense, she could still likely be minion, and unlikely to be Town. Even so, I want to confirm Mechanically first.

It’s not detailed, shame. I had class.

Well, of course. There’s also worlds where they’re both evil, Intensify as Demon. The issue here is that Intensify selfvoted, which you all seem to think clears them but could really be a clever play to confirm themselves.
What’s the motivation from wolf side? To be cleared. What’s the town motivation?

if Intensify is the Demon and Whysper is a Minion, then we still get one more day after executing Whysper, which we could use to yeet Intensify

if they get voted out and die, it confirms them as not the Demon, which would then allow us to just bonk someone else in the PoE today, rather than having to fight about Intensify vs. Whysper
