I like to think of clocktower as a game of chess against yourself

Who will come out on top in the battle of wits? Yourself or yourself?

So are we definitely claiming to Light, or was this a joke? It sounded like some people were claiming, but then there were concerns about him being a minion possibly?

Claim if you want. I don’t like how forceful light was.

Hmm, okay. Did you claim to him then?

yes

because im looser

alright so hyperposting town god ghana here

I’m getting scum vibes from PKR

Their posts feel kinda performative

basically possible thoughts rn

Town: Tan (but Tan’s probably tryhard enough to do this as scum so :man_shrugging: )

Scum:Light, PKR

nobody’s posted enough for me to be 100% confident in my reads though

Greetings self admitted wolfsider.
How so?

these posts specifically

Also what does this post mean?

Light is the Wicked, which turns evil when the clockhand hits him, but that doesn’t happen if he’s dead, so given that we don’t know exactly where the clockhand is, the recourse is to vote off Light so that he’s dead and can’t turn evil. The information would need to be about Silviu in particular because if Silviu is any Demon except Retrogradus, Light would turn evil tonight (he would be the next step on the clockhand), and therefore we would need to kill Light specifically today to stop him from becoming evil.

I am new to this game hence my reaction

It means that we cannot risk Light becoming evil.

Also, unless a Chieftain would like to claim to me, one of the minions is an Effigy.

So is any other player on the list gonna post or something?
So far it’s just been the 5 of us, where is the rest of the players?

If minion is Effigy, then this game becomes a lot easier then.
Effigy looks to be the least threatening minion out of the 4

There are 2 minions so we have to bare that in mind.

Hmmm, that minion does seem strange. What’s the point for it to choose yes to die?

I would guess it’s there to throw off the death count, perhaps try and trick town into thinking that it’s a different Demon in play (“Oh, we had a double kill just that one night? Sounds like a Sasquatch”, meanwhile, the Bogman laughs in his mire). An ability of just “choose when to die” isn’t wildly helpful, but that’s why it gets the [+1 Outsider] to compensate (in case you didn’t know, Outsider modification effects are balanced by altering he number of Townsfolk to match the playercount, so +1 Outsider means -1 Townsfolk).

Ahh okay. I see.
