ive been going over what the OP said the 4 ways on spreading corruption are so far, and i believe i have determined 3 out of the 4 experimentally
1 - Power Has A Cost. Using your power extensively can fester your corruption
2 - Proximity Target. Using your powers on a corrupted individual can spread corruption
3 - By Association. Being physically nearby to a corrupted individual can spread corruption
4 - Make It Happen. Unknown
In addition, using power-enhancing gear may increase your corruption. especially if you use multiple instances of it.
note that this addition has less experimental evidence behind it
Another note:
Nullifiers seem to mitigate the effects of corruption as well as its ability to spread from you to others, and as such should help serve as a quarantining factor should that be necessary
Aswell, Not using your power (at all) for a stretch of time seems to mitigate your corruption, even if you are not around anybody, seemingly dispersing it into the environment somehow
Its useful information i have gathered, and i have determined it is useful for everyone to know this, so i am giving it out for free
Thatās because corruption come from one ability, once itās gone the corruption is gone as well.

one, im pretty sure range is an issue, two, the most obvious way for getting around that didnt work last time i checked, three, i dont want to do it that way for personal reasons
Well like i said its based on evidence ive collected experimentally. it is currently my best guess and so im working under the assumption that its true. if youāve a better idea, feel free to let me know
