Do we have to specify Contessa or Captain when claiming to block a steal?
(Also am I crazy or does something else normally block steals other than Contessa. I think this is good balance wise just curious)
Haha, I just noticed that, too. Usually it is the Ambassador. Hmmm. But yeah, I think you are suppose to claim which card blocks.
Yes you have to specify whether youāre blocking a steal with a Contessa or a Captain.

Ambassador in the original set had the ability to block steal. I took that away and gave it to Contessa because Contessa in a deck with 6 more non-Assassin cards is weaker so I wanted to buff it a bit.

Oh wait one extra thing for clarification. The two different groups of players will have separate decks with 21 cards each.
I know this seems obvious to some of you but Iām just notifying all of you for clarification and to avoid miscommunication.
