in healing myself ive put a limitation on me that can make the injury come back.
i was going to manually trigger it, so that it can be removed

so, to confirm, the plan is:

  • poke has used his item
  • poke takes a sip of red potion
  • i trigger the limitation into coming back.
  • poke uses the ability and hands the potion to someone else.
  • once healed, @Margaret goes into a corner and solves some math questions
  • someone does the thing with the potion and the guy
