Apprentice assigns 1 Trait Card to their Carnivore (Right) and 1 to their Middle Species.

They discard Burrowing, Symbiosis and Horns to increase the Population of their Left and Middle species by 2 and 1 respectively.

Moleland discards Climbing to create a new Species, :spaghetti: Because thatā€™s apparently a creature now.

They assign 1 Trait card to this new species and discard Hard Shell to increase its Body Size by 1.

Note that the fact that I chose to make my new species a sparrow was predetermined, and not indicative of the card I put on it.

Haha, itā€™s probably Climbing or Horns. About the only traits that offer possible protection against the carnivore. :grinning:

Also interesting that you kept a card after chiding others for doing so. Iā€™m wondering whatā€™s special about that card. :slight_smile:

Yes, but a few of those wonā€™t work well for the current situation. Burrowing requires eating enough first. Hard Shell wonā€™t protect against Appā€™s. Warning Call wouldnā€™t help the new species. Symbiosis requires placing the new species to the left.

I suppose Burrowing might be good enough to at least keep one member alive so the species wonā€™t go extinct.

Haha, I screwed up last round taking a stupid risk for a 3rd species instead of just improving my 2 existing ones. I deserved to get eaten. :grinning:

Now it looks like itā€™s pretty much between you and Pigeon for 1st place.
