Yeah. Because you’re at full HP + BA, you still have a chance.

If you lose your BA, you have no chance.

Jane, you are forgetting something. Force Field bypasses Body Armor.
If I die by Force Field, you won’t get the BEST achievement.
Sure, you would’ve won, and I will congratulate you for that.
However, you will never obtain the Ultimate Killer achievement.
