Technically, if you are loved by RNG and go first, then you can loot it and use it immediately while also dealing some damage before you leave that vicinity.

Oh yes, I may have forgotten to mention the ghosts that Zone wanted in the game. They can also loot Med Kits out from under you. :slight_smile:
