Legitimately, out of everyone in this game, you are the most motivated to actually play the game properly by means of bargaining.
Someone might have some cheat item that can insta-kill everyone, but it means absolutely nothing if they slank the game.
You, are the highest threat on the board.
I made a google sheet for this. The biggest damage dealers are Katana, Shotgun, and Sniper, but the thing is: The Sniper has more range.
In a game where 8 actions have to be submitted at once, owning that weapon is basically asking for an easy victory.
Unlike Range 0 where folks have to be on the same tile, or Range 1 where strategy is still powerful, you can just lay back and keep spamming [attack] with the Sniper Rifle once you are at the Center of the board.
There really is nothing players can do other than gang up on the Sniper, because the Sniper Spam can 3HKO everyone else.

True. All I have is an assault rifle, some body armor, a med kit and a pan right now. If someone does get a sniper rifle, they should be ganged up on.
…as someone who wants to have fun, I recommend you drop that thing and just forget about it the moment you get a better R0 weapon.
Despite being better than fighting with fists, any weapon with efficiency of 2.0 or less are just bad in my opinion.

Same sheet, except this time taking their amount of uses to account. You can only fire 8 times at most in 1 Round, so its formula is the same as the previous one, multiplied by 8.
The worst weapon of this game is the Bow. 1 damage for a 50% hit chance for Range 1? It’s actually worse than using your fists.
The second worst weapon is the Handgun. Its score may be higher than the fists, but it doesn’t change that it’s simply bad in general compared to other weapons.
The third worst weapon is the Crossbow. Despite having the same stats as the Handgun, aside from its range, it’s exactly the range that matters more for strategical purposes.
