It looks like someone broke the window and unlocked it that way, but I may be wrong, I tried opening similarly after seeing it smashed, but realized it was completely unlocked by just accidentally moving it when I put my body upon it. It threw me for a loop, as I had pulled down my sleeves and everything to not get cut by any remaining glass.
