we actually dont know that either way, it isnt specified
and i for one think that if there were no specification that dwayne is 10 stories tall, then the spider would be a mount appropriately sized for a human rider, so i think that also scales to the 10-story-tall dwayne
but we also don’t know if the spider is venomous
since the description doesn’t say it is, i wont assume that it is
Even if the 10 story tall spider and dwayne go up against a 100 story rhino i think the rhino still wins
this doesn’t even take into account the telekenetic yoshi twins who throw exploding eggs
The rhino is too large to even doing anything at such a speed it can hurt Dwayne in time.
The one telekinetic twin cant do much if the other can’t lay and egg since if they do, the spider throws egg and boom boom.
