My T-Rexes can shoot BLINDING LIGHT. Now pay special attention to the fact that it is BLINDING LIGHT, capitalized.
The card makes it explicitly clear we aren’t speaking about ordinary physical blinding light, like a flashlight or the sun. It is specifically capitalized like a proper noun.

Which is why I present to you :

This is clearly what the card is referring to, otherwise it would simply be ‘THEY SHOOT blinding light FROM HANDS’. Unless you somehow want to prove it’s not.

Now there are 50 T-Rexes, each capable of casting BLINDING LIGHT. Nothing states they have to shoot their BLINDING LIGHT at the rhino or the twins even.

49 of the dinos cast their BLINDING LIGHT on one T-Rex, increasing the T-REX’s attack speed by 1225%.
The T-Rex, with it’s insane attack speed buff, tears the rhino and both of the twins into ribbons IN SECONDS.

(And if somehow, the rhino or the twin manages to kill this BEAST, I have 49 left, who will simply buff another of their brethen, albeit to 1220% attack speed, and attack once more. At that point even if we leave it up to pure probability, the rhino and the twin will eventually die and a T-Rex will be left standing NO MATTER WHAT!)

so here’s how I think the fight plays out

1. the dinos immediately just annihilate the telepathic egg twins, losing at most 10 dinosaurs to the eggsplosions/telepathy slams
   2.the dinos use Blinding Light on a fellow t-rex, and buff his attack speed
2. rhino lasagne sheet becomes rhino spaghetti, then finally rhino angel hair, and eventually death
