Can I be sent to floor 2?

Just gonna send people to floors 1, 4, 5 or sth like that.

They can’t change the floor during the day, only during the night.
Ergo they can’t block cause they are not on floor 2.

Rebel is a thing, but then we would know it’s them most likely, since we would know on wich floor they went.
