uh so my two big theories that got tossed out are:

People that have a name starting with Ed are bad (and possibly Micheal Dredd as well)

Bottom half of the list is bad

theories that still make sensse:

color photos are good

people not holding things are good (5/3 split against us)

photos of actual humans are good (this is a 5/3 split in our favor so I doubt it)
