I found a pattern using that info already.
The bad presents have a vowel in the middle of them is another pattern

These would be Cool (Double O as the middle)
Bad (A)
Good (Double O)

Nice has an IC
Dumb has a UM
Funny has N
Silly has L
Lame has AM
