The mayor may be a wolf.
It’d also be a bigger threat if they were.
They have meat to keep for themselves, guaranteeing that most places aren’t protected.
Also they can double vote on things to help wolves in this game.

Literally everyone “may be a wolf” except Frost. Marluxion has not said or done anything remotely suspicious, and his role is not even the most powerful or devastating in the hands of a wolf.
