Merc has been scumread by Ici and jumped onto scumreading Ici based off a comment I said. It was before there was any support for the wagon. Ici reciprocated a scumread on Merc as well.

We have Solic/Baz/Magnus/?? as the scum on Meteoro, that must mean the rest of the scum are off wagon.
Generally scum want to lay distancing early, so I believe getting earlier VCs from d1 could also be useful.

Immediately the off wagons indict Zone/Maxwell, and put some shade on Ezreal’s slot.
