Votes for the Shaman are doubled, not multiplied by the seventeenth. Even if you aren’t the Shaman, your plan wouldn’t work
Everyone would have one vote on them, shaman would have two votes on them, and shaman is lynched. If shaman goes against plan, they are outed.

tbh I first thought that voting was majority. Some classes would always lose if that was the case though
Also, there are a few abilities and passives that make voters for a particular person auto-double votes. So even if we did all vote in a loop, it would still be effectively RNG who would die
Looking at class cards, there is also a chance that occultist would be lynched by same manner, since votes against them are always doubled all the same, and everyone who votes them is healed all the same.
And the Count can also mess with this, I guess.
