Skyla lightly hummed to himself, moving a few centimeters left to right as he visualed the scene. The orb glowed with an intense light, small cracks appearing across it.
Aww… Liz thinks. “Do your routine, Liz.” Eleanor snaps, and Liz rushes off to do her training.
“Sorry for the interruption… You want to beat the crap out of the skeleton…” Eleanor thinks.
“Well, I can teach you some.magic, but it isn’t easy. Look at the kitten over there, she’s got talent but not taking it seriously.”
If Liz has partners, maybe she will take her training more seriously. After all she’s competitive.
“There are many aspects of magic. But which one do you want to specialise in?” She asks. @3DT_CheesyKnives
Er: Specialize? I don’t know… Something that can easily slay evil skeleton people?
Suddendly, skyla’s orb crumbled into tiny glass pieces, making him twitch, eyes opening as he gazed at it. “W-what?”
“Holy is the choice of magic then…”
“Well… hold this orb. Focus your current feelings into this orb.” She hands you an orb similiar to Skyla’s.
Liz stops in her training, and comes to you.
“That’s some latent power you have inside of you!” She giggles.
“I-I…that…Startled me…” “I can do…that?”
A woman in a green dress arrives at the church.
“Excuse me! Is Miss Eleanor present?”
Eleanor sees the situation, and smiles a “I knew this was going to happen” smile. “I know just the trick for you.”
“Here’s a book for you.” She hands a book from thin air to you. It reads the way to support and warding magic. “Read it and come back to me if you need help with anything in the book.”
“Yes?” She replies to the lady.
“Are you interested in joining the volunteer army? Your ability will be very helpful!”
Her eyes widen slightly from her emotionless demeanour.
“I have seen way too many wars, and I am sick of attending these wars. I must apologise, but I must decline.” She replies curtly. (She was a healer who saved a lot of lives already.)
“And no, Liz. You cannot join the army.”
“Awww!” Liz sulks and runs to Skyla, trying to take a look at the book he got. @SadSnake

“Huh. So…I just read that book and do the stuff that’s in it?” “Sounds easy enough…” He quickly went through the book, reading a few lines at random. “I don’t need to stay here for it, do I?”
