FWIW, if a player is breaking the rules then the punishment needs to be exactly proportional to the situation.
Modkills should only be used in the event the game integrity is in the line such as a player spewing their alignment via OOG influence. If it’s slanking, gamethrowing, or generalized toxicity, then they need to be replaced out.

Slanking = afking/replacing out
Angleshooting = cheating
It’s a bit more complicated, but pretty much… don’t do anything you wouldn’t do in ToL too, and you’re fine ^^
Tbh, I tell some of my friends who aren’t in FoL about the match, but not to anyone inside the match. So I think that’s the same as like telling someone about an on going game in ToL who isn’t in the game… which is fine
If there’s any chance they may know or talk about the game with someone who is, even by accident, don’t
FoL is much more work to set up, don’t even risk a game integrity breach tbqh
