every other site calls it standard feedback
You aren’t told about roleblocks unless it’s absolutely neccecary, likewise for almost every ability.
But we also have players from ToL here…
A closed setup typically doesn’t have an open comprehensive feedback list, because that’d give away mechanics.
Rule of thumb: if you don’t absolutely need the feedback or it would be antifun, you won’t get it. Example invests getting redirect feedback, but other classes won’t.
Can someone explain to me the abbrevations here?
v/v = Both are villagers
v/w = 1 villager 1 wolf
w/w = 2 wolves
ITA = the best thing ever
ITAs are basically a 15% (usually) accurate dayvig that literally every player has acess too.
dayvig is a daycheck?
Dayvig is a daykill.
What does it mean then that it is not accurate? Does it kill the wrong one?
85% of the time it misses, doing nothing.
Also, all the shots are fired PUBLICLY. In the thread.
What is a lost wolf?
/join
Evil who doesn’t know allies and usually joins scumchat if attacked
ITA stands for in thread attack. It’s a common way to spice up large games, so more than one “lynch” can occur during a day.
It’s similar to sellsword in ToL, but usually they only aid mafia and join the mafia upon interacting with them somehow and also unlock abilities in doing so.
@Alice can you try to make sure that the classcards/events are relatively lingo free for new players?
Whats lingo
Language for a specific domain/expertise. Google it.
Once the game begins I’m planning on adding a more in-depth explanation to the three new mechanics.
