I think that RED’s just being too uncaring that it’s less likely to come from a wolf due to the fact that it’s… so early that I think wolves would actually be trying? But they’re not active enough for me to say that with any fair level of confidence.

It comes from the perspective of me having that same perspective. The play you’re bringing here is reminiscent of my past town play and the way people are reading you is also reminiscent of how people initially react to me.
I don’t like though that you’re weirdly feeling that you should be scumread though. This behavior has changed my mind now since it diverges from “shared perspective” to “flailing”.
Can you tell me why you think your post was scummy?
I said your alignment would be dependent more on the follow up- and i was serious about that and your follow up is not as good as my initial impression, however I like that you are pushing the game forward with us and that is valuable if you’re town. There is that tinge of anxiety in your follow up posts that is causing me to think you feel you messed up and are TMIing that your posts were scum motivated and are not able to process why someone would townread it.

And we only get 1 kill a day while scum steal one.
Using our kills on inactive people and random shooting just won’t be effective because scum can eliminate active contributors.
It’s what my team tried in the Thing Game.
And it was really effective…
To the point that we ended up feeling annoyed and by trying to encourage activity too hard… got sussed.

I did only read your posts and posts which you referred to. (While not posts that referred to them).
As for why people scumread you, I don’t believe “posting read list without explanation” is anything close to a valid reason?
I mean, you were clearly very aware of what you are doing and called yourself out on few occasions about it. Posting attention-seeking read list on purpose have… I would say some(?) possible reasons to be done for both the scum as well as the town. Hence cannot be really treated as scum or town indicative.
What instead should happen is looking further into it and figuring out the exact motivation for the given game approach. Which I don’t think was really possible with just these 18 posts?
To say it differently, interest sparking is not “Widward did X”, “Windward did Y”, but rather you being fully aware of what you are doing, acknowledging that it might get you eliminated, and now… trying to explain to me the situation rather than trying to get out of it.
That is more off and probably will be more alignment indicative as the game continues. At least definitely more than “X did Y, so X is bad” aproach.

To be fair, I don’t think anyone really went so far into the analysis as I did. I might be wrong, as I did not read the rest of the thread, but considering the usual day 1 flow, no one really goes into psycho, direct, and floats analysis at the same time.
And to be fair, I don’t believe there is many people on this site who switch analysis tools at all at this site when reading into someone. I’m really apologizing for saying this, however this is my opinion.

They just chosen to enter the game from lower angle, which has some uses for both scum and town, while all of them are… situational.
And at the current moment, I still don’t consider it a direct tell for either faction, as basically there could be motivations for it from different ones. Could. But as of right now, there is no real option to tell which one it really is.

My only alignment indicative post until this point was my very first post. I never hard claim VT as scum because fake claiming PRs is my entire scum aesthetic. Other than that all the fluffposting is well within my scum range but also not scum indicative especially super early on.

I think the Esooa / Koba interactions around post 250 are a good look for koba, the paranoia of esooa trying to pocket them feels genuine. PKR’s immediate reaction of ESOOA feeling genuine and not Koba felt very ???.
