This is exactly what I’ve been doing. I’ve been slanking and not making immediate reads while setting up for reading people off their reactions later in the game, when I have time.
It can come from me as either alignment but I expect everyone to figure me out by the rest of my posts. If not toDay, later in the game. And you guys can be wrong and I won’t take personal offense. But I’m trying to get you to pay attention to something and except for like, 3 or 4 of you, you’re all reacting exactly as I’d expect people to react if they’re not actually reading into things enough. I’m not just handing out free reads to people because they want me to. I’m giving something to evaluate me on, and receiving something to evaluate them on.
I don’t expect that people think all of my posts are definitely AI one way or another, I don’t expect people to believe anything I’ve said thus far about what I’ve been doing in this game, but I am using the information for myself and hoping someone else will also use it to read others by their treatment of my slot and whether they’re just pressuring me or actually pushing me.
Bottom line is,I don’t care if I’m scumread. You are absolutely correct that some of my posts can come from scum but possibly also town. I’m more suspicious of people who think I don’t have ANY posts that lean in a certain direction. I’m being manipulative in the thread and trying to control the game by taking a backseat and watching the reactions. I managed to start what seems like a pretty hot debate on my slot and it’s produced a hell of a lot of content that is definitely AI. I’ve done my job already as town so it’s up to you guys to find me.

No sir, I disagree with you. In my opinion they are awkward because they were made by a person being aware of theirs own writing.
I’m not perfectly sure if they planned it or understood it after a moment, but some very early posts were so over the top (like even the first post, when they literally wrote they are aware how bad theirs post sounds) makes me tilt toward this tone being just forced all along.
As per motivations? There are a fair few, tho none of them is something you meet on an every-game basis.
Making self-centered reads (as it’s easier to read people when they need to focus on only one person alignment, not two (hence it’s easier to read people who push you))

Well, either way, all of those are stuff which… makes itself easier to understand over time, and I’m pretty sure Marluxion knows it too and that’s why they want to leave them for later.

I’m building a readlist and you guys are just gonna have to put up with my responses until I’ve solved enough to want to publicly share everything.
Anyway, what’s with the push for being useful by giving half-baked reads? Reads that are incomplete aren’t useful. I have some more than half-baked reads and I gave them, and the only thing I get back is “wind is scum” for shallow reasons.

Since apparently this is controversial to say, that is scummy because mafia needs to fake thoughts and often struggles to, town simply has thoughts. I didn’t really get anything out of Eevees whole post that looked like they were legitimately thinking about winds alignment
after this, they recently strongly agreed with marl that wind should not be voted today. This is a stance that makes no sense considering their read (basically that wind didn’t have anything readable). They have no reason to want to take votes off wind and it reads completely like Eevee was only agreeing with marl to try and buddy a towny

If you think I’ve done either of those then you’re either a wolf or have jumped to conclusions too fast. My point is, I should not be expected to obvtown myself just so you guys can easily read me. Make an effort and give it time unless you’re absolutely tunnelled on whatever you think I am,and then go look at someone else instead so you don’t waste more time beating a dead horse.
