You would probably understand the feeling (of hating modkills) even more if you had to wait for 5 months to apply for hosting a game (which has to be reviewed), followed by roughly 3 months to start.

While I do enjoy being a player, I also enjoy hosting games.
I enjoy lying as a player.
I enjoy having information as a host.
I enjoy having “power” of sorts.

As a player, I either need to lead town (NUF) and/or contribute to town (FoL). However, even if I were to obtain all the information I can obtain in a game, I would still need to convey my message and convince other players in my belief/justice/truth. I kind of suck at that part, which is why I prefer doing the mechanical stuff as a host.

I am a megalomaniac, so I like having the power that hosts have, even though they don’t normally have no actual influence in the game.

Top reasons to lynch lol

  • confusing name and I’d rather not deal with that
  • not a top poster, and I’d rather have an active game than lynch marl who at least talks and makes the game enjoyable. If he’s town and dies, not much was lost, other than a townie I guess :joy_cat:
