Nu u
Let me explain it to you in more detail. The vote will not show up, neither through message or the actual vote, for any members other than the Noble/Apostle/Aristocrat. Behind the scenes it will stay in play however. This can result in three situations of relevance: 1) Noone will be voted up for trial, meaning nothing will happen. 2) The person that has an extra noble forced vote on him is being put up for trial, meaning the extra noble vote will count for being put on trial now. This would only occur if x - 1, votes for being put on trial are already cast, meaning a trial will always be required to test noble voting now. x being the number required to vote someone up. 3) Someone else than the person who has an extra noble forced vote on him is being put up for trial and this someone else is the target of the āvoteā of the one who is being pressured, so not whoever the pressure dictates, but the player being pressured. This person would now required x + 1 votes to be put onto trial, because the person being pressured, does not count towards the votes being required.
It is a bit convoluted to explain, but I hope you get the idea. Just be creative and it is really not that difficult to make noble voting silent. It can still be tested in some sense, but it will always require a trial now and with limited trials, that is a severe restriction and in practical ToL games, I wouldnāt see this incarnation being tested anymore, because it is really hard to see and very impractical.
You framed [14] last night.
You occupied [14] last night.
You converted [14] to the Unseen last night.
[14] is a member of the Unseen!
Is this what we will see?
Yes, thatās pretty much it expect the conversion. It will be hidden.
Also except for attacks, because you know, all the stuff will be
You attacked [14] last night.
And then, the situation gets even more awkward when 14 is alive the next morning
Maid isnāt mine and I meant only Mistress got it
Snoop on BD is awful lmao
Nightwatch oop
Iām a Physician who used Self-Care on myself!
I very much like the Aristocrat rework. Apostle has some nice changes too.
Nobleās new night ability concerns me a little. Doesnāt seem like a social ability by any means.
How about an ability to upgrade a lowborn pleb to the status of Royal Blood (for both noble and aristocrat)? Itās a fairly unexplored mechanic outside of the traditional nobility classes.
How about doing something creative.
Letās make Noble exist in pairs and make them confirmed āNobleā to each other at the start of the game.
We can call it Noble twins.
Itās brilliant!
Bad idea for two reasons. Aside that they can be possessed or converted, auto-confirmations are just bad in general.
Wait, did I respond to a joke post?
Yes. We already tried that noble.
My bad. Iāve seen way too many people suggesting auto-confirming and omniscient abilities to BD to the point that Iāve already been desensitized towards it.
To be fair. As far as auto-confirming abilityās go the twins werenāt that bad. You could only use it on a single player at the start of the game and the act of being a noble is indistinguishable from simply being in a nightchat with ANYONE (Aka: Exactly like the Unseen and Scum are). Masonās are standard in FM. However conversion makes the setup problematic.
