“I’d really rather you not… y’know, you’d think we’d all have usernames and all - but apparently not? Sorta odd.”
“A’ight then. I can settle for just calling you Ruri for now. If I think of anything I’ll let you know, if it’s terrible you can feel free to reject it. I always took Intelligence as a dump stat in DnD anyway.”
“How long with this glitch last? I-I’m getting antsy” Youko seems much more relaxed and the stuttering is very reduced
Ruri seems to perk up at the mention of DnD.
“Hey, now you’re speaking my language! I’m big into all that tabletop stuff too! Good to have you on the team~”
“Yeah, the ETA for the patch was about 7 hours but you know how things can be.”
“As for the DnD talk, Ruri, I’ve been playing for maybe 2-3 years now? So not too long but I’d like to think I’ve gotten at least a decent grasp on mechanics. 5E anyway, that’s my usual mainstay.”
“Hmm… maybe one day, we could play DnD in here? That’d be a, like - fantasyception!”
Ruri giggles.
“Well, that’d be going pretty far down the rabbit hole for Mr. Level One right here, so… I might shy away from that for now.”
“Well, uh. I mean DnD for myself, gaming in general I suppose… I mean I would’ve been a Bard I think if I could have chosen that since I do my fair amount of singing and dancing… who knows, maybe I’ll get an option to push that down the line instead of being a tank. What about yourself, Yukes? What’s the sort of things you like?”
“Oh Uhm, I like horror movies. Mainly ones from the 20th century like Halloween and Friday the 13th. I just always enjoyed the idiocy of the people in them”
