Okay so how do you change text colour? I am just wondering because I see people colouring text all the time. Btw if you can’t tell I’m a little new

Use this, but with the complete bracket. [color=#800000 Cat is love[/color]

You can also use [color=red Colour name[/color] instead of hexadecimal code, but hexadecimal code give more variety in colour.
