Generally my site follows the rule of if it’s a reasonable moderator lie, godfather, miller, ninja, ascetic etc those could exist. However if it’s not easily anticipated (e.g. something not on the wiki) then it’s not a reasonable mod lie and ergo bastard. The omni miller generally falls into the latter category.
