Did some investigating.

In so many examples Maxi has been proven town by interactions with Talon

  • Getting Drained by Moira
  • Almost jebaited to vote Marl; Marl ends up killing the non-confirmed FK when Maxi is not on the wagon.
  • Townread by a majority of players; Unless they played a god scum game all game, it’s unlikely that them being scum is the case.

Most likely scenario is that Captain has a passive that grants occupation/redirection immunity when performing the factional kill.
