There’s no way they could ever make it as good as it needs to be. You’re always going to piss people off. Redoing the game itself is a shit-ton of work already, but…

Leave out the Answer? Piss off the fanbase.

There’s simply no way to fix a lot of these issues. Nobody is designing 274 floors of Tartarus to be as detailed as a Palace. Nobody is coming up with ways to add special abilities by hanging out with an old couple at a bookstore or a guy with an incurable disease, so Social Links aren’t able to be made into Confidants either. Including the Answer is like 50% more work. Including the FeMC pretty much doubles it. Every single person that has played Persona 3, or pretends to have, will find something to hate about this remake.

The only, and I do mean only, way it could ever work at all, is if ATLUS pumps literally everything they’ve got into it, and includes the Answer and the FeMC as DLC or something - and even then you’re still finding ways to piss off roughly 50% of the fanbase. With P Studio taking on Project Re:Fantasy, and potentially Persona 6, that just isn’t feasible.

Just let it be.
