Of course you cant hurt yourself. Its your duty to help others, like they helped you. You cant just steal yourself away from your responsibilities
i think all of these numbers are too high (except arousal which might be a bit low and maybe internal anger) but hey i guess im an angry person

external anger is absolutely way too high though that shit should be 25% at the worst
generally if someone looks like they could kill you, they’re a cinnamon roll
