to explain the N3 cop on min
this would only be useful in the case that Gorta had tracked Windward
Gorta would come out with the redcheck (visiting min twice) and Windward would be eliminated, flipping mafia roleblocker/redirector
I would then kill Marl and push Silviu, on the grounds that Min was blocked on N3 but Silviu still didnt die
