I mean “consistent” is very murky and it’s hard to find definitive malicious intent behind it.
that doesn’t really solve the problem, because once people figure out the criteria they’ll just say absolutely nothing and not boast about yolo-ing or their salt kill and get away with it
I’ve killed people who are very likely BD on mass. Sometimes even confirmed BD, when I was too dumb to realize they are confirmed.
Like all it takes is a tracker of “percentage of games as this role that this player has been reported” somewhere in the database and with the notes on the account you’re set

just downgrade the guilt from a death, which is unfun of the highest degree, and make it a vanillaisation, which essentially changes you into a potentially fun but less powerful state if you’re a gamethrowing, and trolls and salty people hate feeling powerless

Unless the system here is literally nothing like the Trial System this shouldn’t be bad at all and should honestly be done anyways to make handling reporting easier right now
plus if you just screwed up, there’s a possibility that you get converted and get back into the mechanical game as Enforcer/Invoker

I’ve axed a lot of BD.
I’ve slammed a lot of BD.
It’s literally part of the game. It happens on mass.
I try to not kill confirmed BD, but sometimes I even kill them cuz I don’t realize they are confirmed.
And yes, a few times I’ve killed already Princes or other confirmed BD on purpose, but that were extreme situations where it was needed to win for BD
that’s really yikes because of the very real possibility of bad streaks of games
