I mean the only way we’re getting 3 deaths this cycle is if Derps is a villager who agrees to die
And it’s a day ability so just killing him tomorrow before he can move it doesn’t work
Since he just stops it today and moves it tonight
Are you sure? Exe Arete, Derps transfer death to sulit, Faction Kill on Zone.
3 deaths.
if jane is a villager they’ll have stopped the death transfer already
if not it doesn’t matter whether or not we kill derps because sulit is dying anyway
That’d be tough. If he uses his 1-Shot ability, then Derps has to specifically vote sulit.
If he uses his Doc, then he has to ensure that no other darkvoter will vote outside Derps.
Eh… the topic of who dies first within gorta/sulit is still up in the air.
I mean in terms of mechanics
Jane, if v, blocked the N2 kill on Chloe before Derps could intercept it
If that did not happen, then Derps redirected it to sulit last night, and it will process tonight regardless if Derps is alive or not
okay so
upon a close reading of my ability my track is even more garbage than i thought
if i track someone N4, then they have to be at the top of the dark votecount on D5 for me to receive by results on N5
what happens during D4 doesn’t matter
Uhm… okay, what about this is special?
it means that you are not understanding my point
I don’t think I want to vote out Gorta today because he’s the player who I can most usefully confirm or condemn with my last shot
Correct.
hi frens whats goin onnnnnnnnn
did Zone ever say what Eli told him
arete is simply
a
villlllllllllllllllager
yes eli targeted ATN
Mist
things in favor of the slot:
- is Mist and not obvwolf; also has notable volume tells and Mist (689)
- voted on Wind D1
- she’s harddefending me in a position where whoever the last wolf is probably needs me in the PoE (this is probably a dumb reason but I kind of believe it)
- if Night is a villager, she handled Night’s slot similarly in the early game, when Night was under a lot of pressure
things against the slot:
- no particularly clearing spew that I can remember
- claim is pretty NAI
- she’s managed to break her ‘low WiM/not posting very much’ meta as wolf before (e.g. I don’t think she’s further from her wolf-meta here than she was in Zelda mash)
Overall conclusions:
I think the strongest points here are the Wind vote, since she doesn’t really like bussing, and the point about her defending PoE players who scum probably need dead. I have a hard time really seeing her as a wolf, but I wouldn’t put her as ‘100 percent lock clear never vote in LyLo.’ (basically: I think she’s town but I think most people are town )
Jane
things in favor of the slot:
- probably just mechclear from N3, albeit it depends on Derps’s flip + (if town) whether he transfers a death
- also I semi-confirm their ability
- hardpushing Wind D1
things against the slot:
- kind of a narrow PoV on the game
- honestly I’m not thinking super hard about this one because they’re Probably Just Mechanically Confirmed
conclusions
they’re probably mechconfirmed, they’re also claiming the ability to heal people which makes them kind of a priority target assuming wolves want to be able to kill any of the clears. like, if we’re wrong about them being mechconfirmed it will be obvious when they’re still alive in LyLo. I’m not really going to spend very much time on the slot given that.
hi Chloe
Zone
points in favor of the slot:
- he feels like he’s in his town meta, which has been pretty polarized in the past
- I don’t remember any of the wolves leaping to his defense when the ‘scumslip’ thing happened? this is probably a weak point
- probably if he’s a wolf he wouldn’t have just said he got a peptalk from Wind
points against the slot:
- no one really followed Marshal on her attempt to CFD him at EoD1, which is weird given that Wind was in contention and extra weird if Derps flips W
- he’s broken his meta before
- his claim isn’t really super confirmable
overall conclusions
I think he’s probably town, he wouldn’t be in one of my top twoish executions, but if it came down to the world’s worst F3 of me/Zone/Marl I’m not sure who I’d vote (basically, I think he’s more likely to be town than the people in my immediate PoE, but I’m less sure how he compares to the ‘not literally locktown, not Never Ever A Wolf’ category)
