Chronomancer Allignment Chart
On the Forum of Lies Forum Mafia Forums, there are many great touchstones of design. The Lying Darkness. Putting an Even Night Tracker and an Odd Night Watcher in every single game. But none come close to the majesty that is putting a literal Chronomancer in any game, no matter how thematically or design unrelated it is to the rest of the setup.
However, some people wish to know: what constitutes a Chronomancer? Well, look no further. As the illustrious original designer of this iconic role, I know everything there is to know about chronomantic epistomology, and have devised a chart that creates nine definitive positions as to what constitutes a Chronomancer, from which you can take your pick.
The Chronomancer Allignment Chart Effect Purist - A Chronomancer must be able to both cause and prevent death. Effect Neutral - A Chronomancer must be able to either cause or prevent death. Effect Rebel - A Chronomancer must have an effect on the game. Ability Purist - A Chronomancer must have a night ability that causes an effect on a later night. Hardline Traditionalist - Dave Strider is a Chronomancer. Effect Neutral, Abillity Purist - A Delayed Vigilante is a Chronomancer Effect Rebel, Ability Purist - A Parity Cop is a Chronomancer. Ability Neutral - A Chronomancer must have a night ability. Ability Neutral, Effect Purist - JOAT (2x Doctor, 2x Vigilante) is a Chronomancer. True Neutral - A Doctor is a Chronomancer. Effect Rebel, Ability Neutral - A Watcher is a Chronomancer. Ability Rebel - A Chronomancer must have an ability. Ability Rebel, Effect Purist - A 1-shot Bulletproof Paranoid Gun Owner is a Chronomancer. Effect Neutral, Ability Rebel - A Tea Lady (Blood on the Clocktower) is a Chronomancer. Hi, Iām katze, and I blatantly faked parity cop results as a parity cop. And also fakeclaimed miller, lol.

Yes. But I was right, so it wasnāt. Marshal was obvious town, I have no regrets.

I am not a bad enough player to make my fake checks not obviously fake if they have the potential to be real, Arete knew this when they killed me, and while I was very very confident in Marshal being a villager, (to the point that me faking a cop check wasnāt unrealistic for me to do) I wouldnāt drop checks that arenāt blatantly fake!
I made it exceedingly obvious I was going to āresolveā on D4, I made it exceedingly obvious that I wasnāt entirely sure who to check, and while my ISO was long, I donāt think itās entirely fair to blame me for faking a check if I made very little effort into making it believable! I am very capable of making believable fakes, I do it all the time! I wasnāt really trying to hide it this game, in several instances I basically claimed my role in threadā¦ this is probably my favorite soft I made, because I softed it to the person who rolecopped me N1 but Iām pretty sure they didnāt get it at all! (the next post is me literally telling Arete that thereās something more to find in that message)
If anyone is curious, my check was comparing Marshal to whoever had the most darkvotes at the time, who was probably sulit. Which I died doing, since I was rolecopped N1. By Arete. Again.

As for claiming millerā¦ I actually want to personally apologize for this? Mostly to @Arete, because I made some pretty AtEish posts regarding the miller claim, I showed a lot of annoyance towards itā¦ et cetera. I was definitely trying to sell this.
My initial plan was to drop it later into the day, or have a real Miller CC (since itās optimal claim for them to claim D1, imo, and a wolf never CCs me there, I almost dropped it when Zone CCed me tho) but I uhā¦ forgot I wasnāt a miller. At some point I convinced myself it was real. 
Anyway, I had a lot of fun this game, and while Iām glad my obviously fake check on Marshal V was accepted in the sense that people stopped tinfoiling her when she was obvtowning, Iām a bit annoyed people ignored me screaming that the checks were fake!
I think Arete played really well, given that they were blatantly pushing agenda for half the game and people (myself mostly included) still townread them really hard. I think had I live another night I might turn around on them based off of the fact that min spew was super super bad for Derps and Chloe was like āhmmm i have no conclusions from thisā, nerd butā¦ they still managed to make me townread them after their entrance that immediately pinged me as āthis is way too aggressive and going on way too long for V!Arete to actually believe, right?ā. Which is like, seriously impressive.
I also want to apologize for being kind of obnoxious during some points of the game, I donāt really know why it happened minus that one time I was just super hyper.
Also, I feel like my play this game was unintentionally designed to make Arete as uncomfortable as possible in their position, between the miller stuff and the fake peek.
