Please make Scorned compatible with all but marked targets and Fool compatible with all (except for Blue Dragon and NK when he frames himself).
Currently Fool is getting a free UBER frame with maid checks while Scorned is suffering for no reason.
That would make no real sense… “compatibility” is about the ability to win together. A Fool cannot win together with anyone, because he’s dead, when he has won…
A big part of the reason Fool and Scorned exist is to counter purely mechanical deduction (and in the case of the Fool, to counter ‘this person is obviously evil,’ but that’s beyond the scope of this post). If Fool matched everyone by default there would be nearly no risk to the strategy where you just yoloexecute the more suspicious half of an incomp check.

Even if you interpret “can win together” that strictly, it’s still strictly wrong, since Scorned can win with Fool if he’s their second executed mark. And if that’s the intended meaning then it should be clarified because I am highly skeptical the average player ever interpreted it the way you do here.
Sure but making Scorned incompatible with everyone promotes mechanical deduction. Literally no reason for Scorned to be incompatible with everyone, is there?

But this is not only about the personal win chances of a few neutral classes, it is about the whole balance of the investigative game mechanics.
Exactly how does scorned universal incompatibility help balance of investigative game mechanics? It obviously does the opposite.
