I have never made a read list like yours, its always in that long format split into multiple sections.
It’s not really leading anywhere. I don’t think LAMIST was not appropriate for it. Saying basic facts is not something that town needs to do and especially not to a “level 2” player. You did it to make it look extra towny.

Your read list does not have to be like PKR’s. As long as it contains the players, your read on them, and why you think that way, you should be fine
