deliberately acting scummy as town to draw in votes, such as claiminig scum repeatedly, voting yourself and other suspicious actions. The idea is it draws in oppurtunistic scum easily which then can easily out them when it comes time for associations after you flip.

Iā€™ve been going on about narratives a lot so might as well explain:

Town have simple narratives on the whole when you look at how theyā€™ve been acting overall
Scum have more complicated narratives on the whole because scum have to react to the situation a lot more and this causes their actions to seem more confusing when looked at all together.

Already Iā€™m seeing that your narrative isnā€™t as simple as Iā€™ve seen it is with Town!Marl, so youā€™re my first scumread.

because in SFoL13, for example, Iā€™ve seen that Wolfy can appear to be very very scummy if you look at him too closely when he is in fact town
