Removing ritual ability is good true.I never played Ici properly so I canā€™t know how he acts normally but his defence seems scumy.

Exorcist removes both Ritual Passives, if they would be sacrificed, they will die and nothing will happen.

Immediately upon entering the game and receiving my class card, I was hoping to draw as much aggression and pressure towards myself as possible - as I wasnā€™t planning to life past this first phase. Little did I knowā€¦

Memesky townslipped by starting the wagon - his reasoning was good. I called him town, when he was trying to get scumread. Slayerā€™s Gambit, as Icibalus calls it.

However, things stopped going according to plan when Ici called out Marlā€™s reaction, creating an entirely new layer of WIFOM to this borderline gamethrow-ey play.

Was this going to stop Marl? No, only a reasonable man would have stopped this play there. Marlā€™s goal wasnā€™t just to catch one mere scum - It was to catch an entire basket of scum. A murder of scum.

Through Marlā€™s ritual ability, he was going to enable the town to kill TWO scum in one day. A Buy One Get One scum, if you will.

Marl made his move - he claimed his class in an attempt to become the dayā€™s sacrificeā€¦

But his hubris was his undoing. He was too focused on reading people as scum that he missed reading the most elementary thingā€¦ his own classcard.

Hmm, how about we pressure Wolfy at VP?
Then if heā€™s lynched and flips red, you can get rid of Iciā€™s abilities and we sac him tomorrow?
If heā€™s not lynched, remove Iciā€™s things anyway as we can see he has no town motivation at this time?
