Jack came to his senses, he held the bowl of candy with both hands. “We May proceed with the test.”

Jack walked into the room with his mouth shut, holding the bowl of candies with both hands.
Jack said “May I provide the subject with… the food?”
In the room was a smooth ball of what looked to be almost gelatinous slime. as you entered the plain white room to small, black, pupils formed on the surface of the mound.
The slime proceded to form what looked like a head in the on top of the mound, pointing at you.

Jack walked up and gave the subject one candy from the bowl.
its eyes looked at you, and then at the bowl you were holding.
it slithered forward, and looked at you once more, before enveloping your hand, starting to dissolve the pink piece of candy

Jack moved the bowl of candies to the side of his waist. After the candy dissolved jack gave the creature another piece of candy.
