Eli responding to hippo not caring to defend himself or do anything to improve people’s opinions on him makes me feel like he’s just town again, If that makes sense? I’m not really confident in this and itll likely change. @EliThePsycho any opinions?
Pkr ateing is not ai. Why are we treating it like it is? I am slightly disturbed by the large wall of mech talk he about just posted though. I was going to talk about how much I dislike it being posted in response right after chloe’s post but he stated it was a joke, so nvm.
Pocketing refers to when a mafia-aligned player buddies up to a town-aligned player in the hopes that this will make said player view the mafia-aligned player favorably. Usually the mafia-aligned player will defend the town player in order to “pocket” them.
So like you pretend to be town and defend a town player to make them feel like your good?
not necessarily defend, it can also be by appealing to their opinions and thoughts

it’d be more like if a wolf pushed someone and the villagers followed them then you could say those villagers are pocketed
because the villagers are agreeing with the wolf
this confidence looks more like village eli
i also think it’s a bit exaggerated to describe eli’s push as opportunistic
i wanted to TR this but then i realised he’d likely say this as either alignment because there was no defense he could actually give since the read wasn’t even explained
