It means what it says. I donāt like Launchpadās maaaaaybe youāre scum maaaaaaybe youāre town bit. Launchpad doesnāt seem to have strong opinions on who is town/scum and doesnāt seem to be doing anything to rectify it.

If EOTW is not scum then they have to be from MS as they pulled my signature from that site without any sort of prompting. They also mentioned users from there.
If EOTW is scum and scum have daychat then that would be the only way EOTW could not be from MS.
I find ignoring bad points can make them go away sometimes funny how that is. Now the question I have for you is why youāre so insistent that EOTW is not from MS when they clearly are. Why attempt to gaslight me?
